The second "Soul No Kobo" is Ultraman Tiga, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary. With the built-in LED gimmick, the eyes, color timer, and center of the pedestal emit light. The pedestal is designed in the image of the ultra-ancient ruins "R'lyeh", and the surrounding ruins can be repositioned.
