The biggest feature of this set is the use of the latest design technology to incorporate an electronic circuit for the first time in Bandai's history. Due to the thin and thin form of the conventional Ultra Eye, there was no space to install the electronic parts necessary for voice gimmicks, and it was not possible to reproduce the transformation sequence. 

This item is equipped with an infrared communication gimmick, and by pressing the switch on the top of the Ultra Eye body, a transformation sound is activated from the capsule monster case with a built-in infrared receiver. Not only is it possible to reproduce the long-awaited transformation sequence, but the model is newly designed with reference to the early TV series model under the supervision of Tsuburaya Productions Modeling Department LSS. 

While incorporating an electronic circuit, it pursues the same appearance as the Ultra Eye that appeared in the play. Voice variations include not only transformation sounds, but also sound effects such as Ultraseven's shouts and techniques. A dedicated pedestal for enjoying the Ultra Eye display is also included.

As mentioned above, the capsule monster case with built-in voice gimmick, which will be the first commercialization, can reproduce the gimmick when summoning the capsule monster by taking out the attached monster capsule. 

The summoned monster changes depending on the position of the capsule, and the button operation activates the summoning sound and the capsule monster's cry. By taking out multiple capsules, it is possible to summon them simultaneously as they are depicted in the play. 

Also included are the summoning sounds of Mikulas, Windham, and Aguila, the unsounding summoning drawn in episode 10 of "Ultraseven", and the cries of each monster. Six types of monster capsules that appear in the TV series have been prepared by examining the depictions in the play and setting them in the capsule monster case.

In order to reproduce the difference in width of the silver part of each capsule, each of the six capsules has been individually molded.
