This is a review of SHFiguarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider Old No. 1 from Kamen Rider series.

SHFiguarts SS Kamen Rider Old Ichigo Review

Completely new modeling without diversion from the new No. 1. A modeling painting that thoroughly pursues the appearance in the play down to the color and details.

Head

The head is slightly larger than the new No. 1. The eyes were also quite large, and the compound eyes had a unique look with molds on the side of the clear parts. The color of the compound eyes, helmet, and mask are all different from the new No. 1, and the construction itself has changed greatly, such as the neckline being visible.

Body

The torso is also newly shaped, and the chest armor is considerably larger, and the muffler is also changed to cloth. The belt is also shaped differently from the new No. 1.

Arms and Legs

The silver lines on the extremities are gone and both the arms and legs are slightly slender. Gloves and boots were also simplified. The neck part was added to the neck, and the skin color of the neck was also different from the new No. 1.

The muffler is changed to a cloth with wire. In addition to being able to move freely, the base can also be rotated. The movement has evolved from the new No. 1. Both the neck and waist can swing greatly, and the shoulders can be raised high. Bend your elbows and knees deeply. The area around the hip joint was wide in the front and back, and the grounding was also high.

Comes with replacement belt parts. The hem that was hanging from the bottom of the belt is gone, and the legs are raised more than usual, making it easier to ride on the motorcycle. The old No. 1 and the true value new No. 1. It is very different from both, and it is made to thoroughly pursue the appearance in the play.

Movability and Articulation

The joints are also better than the new No. 1, so it's easier to move overall. If you use the replacement belt parts, the movement around the hip joint will be even better and high kicks are possible.

The neck and waist can be turned around and the muffler is made of cloth with wire, so you can move freely. In Shin No. 1, it was difficult to close the sides due to the shape of the shoulder joints and torso, but this time it was possible to close them neatly.

It was possible to put it on a motorcycle by using a replacement belt part. However, it was difficult to completely fill the gap between the buttocks and the seat due to the length of the arm.

Summary

Even though it is the same No. 1, it has a completely different shape from the new No. 1, and since it is a true bone carving, the image in the play has been thoroughly reproduced, down to the details and wrinkles of the suit, giving it a very realistic look.

The joints are also made differently from Shin No. 1, and the range of motion is much wider than that, and by using replacement belt parts, interference around the hip joints is reduced, allowing for smooth riding on the bike.

It was also good that consideration was given to play, such as being able to play. It's a pity that the number of items that meet the demand is not made, such as being a premium item among event limited items, but the product is very good, and there is still a lottery sale, so this item highly recomended.
