The main character, Kanata Asumi (played by Daiki Matsumoto), uses the Ultra D Flasher to transform into Ultraman Decker. The set includes the main body of "Ultra D Flasher -MEMORIAL EDITION-" and 6 Ultra Dimension Cards, including the Ultraman Dinas Card, which can only be obtained with this product. The appearance is a special specification with improved specs, reproducing the props in the play by newly molding some parts and greatly increasing the number of painted parts.

The voice specifications are equipped with three modes: Asumi Kanata, Decker Asumi (played by Kenji Taniguchi), and Dinas (played by Kayano Nakamura) who transform using "Ultra D Flasher". The lines in the play will be activated in conjunction with the attached card. Also, when you scan the attached GUTS-SELECT card, the lines in the play of members such as Kirinoichika (played by Yuka Murayama) and Ryumon's girlfriend Souma (played by Nobunaga Daichi) will be activated.
