Ultraman Zero SHFiguarts Tector Gear Zero Review

Since it is made to attach armor from the top of Ultraman Zero, it is possible to reproduce the original Ultraman Zero. Ultraman Zero has some changes in modeling, joints, and painting.

Head

The change in the head is not so noticeable, but the shape of the mouth and eyes has changed a little, and it seems to be a new model. The color of the eyes has changed greatly, and the yellow color is light. The green on the forehead is also brighter and looks better.

Body

The body shape is the same, but the blue color is darker, and the shoulder joints have been improved to make the gap less noticeable.

Arms and Legs

This area also has the same shape, and the red color is a little brighter. The arm with the ultimate bracelet is not included. Improved neck and shoulder joints. The neck and waist can be swung greatly, and the shoulders can be raised high. The elbows and knees were deeply bent, and the hip joints and grounding were perfect.

The eyes and blue color change in an easy-to-understand manner. The neck joint has changed, making it easier to adjust the position of the head. The appearance of the color timer has also changed. The shape of the hole on the head side also changes. The shoulder joint was slightly wider than before. In addition, the paint on the buttocks has been improved, and the left and right chest covers have become softer.

Option and Accessories Set

As usual, a replacement color timer is included. Equipped with Tector Gear method replaces the entire head and arms, and replaces the torso by removing the left and right chest covers.

The head is in a state like wearing a helmet with a visor. The visor is made of clear parts, and the yellow eyes are visible in the back. The torso looks like it has a restraint attached. The tube was made of soft material. The arm is also restrained. The legs remain unchanged. Pigmon minifigure is one that appeared in the play is also included.

Although it is quite small, it is very precisely made and comes with a dedicated pedestal. It's bigger than in the movie, but it's only about the size of Zero's shin and it's pretty small.

Movability and Articulation

With the Tector Gear attached, the hips and shoulders have a little less range of motion, but it doesn't affect how much you can move normally. The rotation of the waist is about 30 degrees as it is from normal. There is no particular problem with the movements of flying kicks. Pigmon also has a clear face and is of considerable quality.

Summary

Since the Tector Gear was the main product, the details of the armor were reproduced with great precision. Also, the contents of the zero have been partially remade from the normal, and the head molding, neck, and shoulder joints have been improved to make it look better and play easier.

However, as long as there was an arm with an ultimate bracelet, it would have been perfect as an improved version of Zero, so that one point was a little disappointing.
