The attached toy is the "DX GUTS Hyper Key" designed with "Ultraman Cosmos Luna Mode", which is the original "DX GUTS Hyper Key" that can only be obtained by purchasing apparel items.

"DX GUTS Hyper Key" is the first collection item with voice in the Ultraman series, and you can enjoy various voice play by switching between the two modes by operating the buttons on the main unit.
