The following is a review of SHFiguarts Kamen Rider Ikazuchi from the Kamen Rider Zero-One series which is an action figure released by Tamashii Nations x Bandai.

SHFiguarts Masked Rider Ikazuchi Review

Ikazuchi transforms into Kamen Rider Ikazuchi by using the Dodo Zetsumerisekey in the MetsubouJinrai Forceriser. Ikazuchi's punching power and kicking power are nearly equivalent to Zero-One Shining Hopper, but his jump height and running speed are significantly lower.

Despite these disadvantages, Ikazuchi was able to sustain a fight with Zero-One Shining Hopper due to the strain the form places on Aruto's body. However, he was quickly overwhelmed by Vulcan Assault Wolf, who outclasses him in every area except kicking power, in which Ikazuchi holds a marginal lead.

Head

It seems to be a design that imitates a dodo bird, and it has a heroic atmosphere that looks like the red of the squadron. Each part was sharply shaped and the compound eye treatment was beautiful.

Body

The head is a new model and the body is almost Kamen Rider 001. Although it has a complicated color scheme, it is carefully painted and the red color is almost as you imagined.

Most of the body is Kamen Rider 001 diversion. The chest is asymmetrical and the texture of the metallic paint is also good. The belt is the same extinct Ikazuchi force riser as other extinct Ikazuchi. The key is removable as usual.

Arms and Legs

The limbs are almost the same as Kamen Rider 001, but the upper arm is probably a Mad Rogue diversion. The colors are completely different, so I didn't feel like using them again.

Option set and Accessories

Buaruku Sabers is a new model with a fairly large sword. Most of them are diverted to Kamen Rider 001. This completes the extinction Ikazuchi. There are many characters with a piercing design as a whole, but Ikazuchi is the best impression.

Movability and Articulation

The body is made almost the same as Kamen Rider 001, so the movement is the same as that. The hardness of the joints is stable as usual and it is possible to stand on one leg.

There is no problem with kneeling. As with Kamen Rider 001, the elbow can only bend about 90 degrees due to design interference. Since the sword itself is large, it is quite flashy if you hold it in both hands.

It is possible to reproduce the movement of putting it on the ground in the opposite direction as in the play. Each Special Move can also reproduce movements that are almost similar.

Bring the attache shotgun that comes with the Vulcan and destroy it.

Summary

This is the review of SHFiguarts Kamen Rider Ikazuchi. Unlike Horobi and jin, Naki and Ikazuchi were quite late due to the small number of turns, but finally all four MetsuboJinrai.Net are complete.

The finished product has a sharp and cool head, and although the body is almost diverted, there is no particular discomfort, the proportions are natural, the painting is polite and the large weapons are reproduced exactly, and the finish is high.
