This is the Kurogane Supana/Valbarad ver. of the Chemy Riser, an item that summons Chemy from the Ride Chemy Trading Card. It recognizes over 100 types of Ride Chemy trading cards individually, and when you press the button after loading the card, the Chemy summoning sound is activated! Unlike regular Chemy Riser, long-pressing the button also activates continuous attack sounds. When you load the included search card, you can play Chemy search with a random sound, and when you load a blank card (sold separately), you can enjoy Chemy capture play. 

Furthermore, it can be attached to the belt belt of the DX Valbara draw buckle (sold separately)! Two Ride Chemy trading cards are included.
